The Turn Sports Bar at Balboa in beautiful Hot Springs Village is temporarily closing the upstairs dining room; however, they are still happy to host group meetings, parties, etc. The upstairs dining area will reopen on a day-to-day basis when business picks up. In the meantime, as always, dining and takeout service is available downstairs.
The Turn is a place where, “everybody knows your name.” (Or they soon will if you visit.) Stop in, sit down a spell, and have a drink or a meal at The Turn Sports Bar, owned and operated by Brandon and Ashley Kogut.

So the restaurant circus continues.
According to the financial report just out for 2021 the net cost of restaurants (Food and Beverage) to our POA last year was $443,426. In other words our POA lost almost half a million dollars of our assessment dollars supporting restaurants.
Based on approximately 9,000 homes in HSV that’s about $50 per home last year wasted. But that’s OK I guess. Our assessments went up about $20 per month. Ought to amply cover it, don’t you think? After all, it’s only money. – OUR MONEY.
The even better news is that in 2020 POA restaurants lost three quarters of a million dollars. So, things really are looking up!
Note: The above comments are in no way intended to disparage the operators Brandon and Ashley Kogut. I’m sure they are doing the best they can to provide quality food and good service with what they’ve got to work with.
