Question: How could Dannet and Cheryl/Joe work together to increase this site’s traffic and visibility among HSV property owners? Could be mutually beneficial to both and also to the Village. No need to answer on here but perhaps something to think on. Maybe you already are.
As we all know there is really no good mechanism out there for getting ideas heard, reviewed, discussed or acted on by our Boards and our POA or communicated back to (or weighed in on by) the Property Owners. FB, ND and Village Voice are basically a joke. POA E-blasts are totally a one way street. Board meetings and Discussion Sessions are little better and now very limited with COVID and all. And, apparently people sending texts and emails to Board or POA has not or cannot work for various reasons.

Tom,
When Scott Randall was GM he used to hold monthly coffee/Town Hall meetings. I thought it worked fairly well. As far as having ideas heard, reviewed, discussed or acted upon, the Research & Special Projects Committee would be a good way to start.
IMHO, the best way to sell HSV is by word of mouth, & several new member surveys of years past demonstrated that most newcomers heard about us from friends, or relatives. First though we must fix the place up, get our financial house in order, & sell safety & security thus giving our residents more to brag about, and less to complain about.

That is a good question Tom. This is the number one and only original site, most responsible to help truly unify a proven minimum of 60% of the HSV Property Owner, BOD and HSV POA community. Thank you Joe and Cheryl for creating this safe and clean unifying interactive community site, you are some of the greatest assets of HSV.
