Cooper Communities Incorporated (CCI), the original founder and developer of Hot Springs Village (HSV) since 1972, has decided to offer for sale various parcels of land within the community. In doing so, Cooper will be continuing its long-standing plan of allowing HSV to become more autonomous in its growth. It also provides exciting opportunities for other commercial developers and home builders to expand the amenities and offerings within this community known as America’s largest gated community.
Jody Latham, President of Cooper’s Land Development division stated, “We believe the time is right to offer these prime locations for sale within HSV to satisfy the demand we are beginning to see for additional commercial and residential growth. We have received many inquires over the past years to sell these properties and timing is very important. The national and local economy is doing well and HSV is likewise positioned to absorb the growth and development that these properties will provide.”
