In conjunction with the launch of their 50-year anniversary in Hot Springs Village, the Evening Lions is considering a fundraising event utilizing a local company in Garland County called Baggo.com. Baggo manufactures a plastic version of a Corn Hole Board.
The Evening Lions proposes to hold a Baggo Tournament in which the proceeds would go towards the purchase of playground equipment for the Balboa Beach Park Project. The tournament would be held in the area designated for the park and playground.
There would be an entry fee of possibly $20 – $40 per team. Various prizes would be awarded to winning teams. Stay tuned for more exciting ideas as the event organizers fully develop this fun idea.

My husband and I would be interested. Would pay $20 for two-person team. Hopefully not in extreme heat of the day.

This proposed event would likely be held in the May-June timeframe and would be held in conjunction with our celebration of 50 years of operation in Hot Springs Village. It would be a fundraising event to help fund and expand the the playground portion of this overall project to add amenities to the Balboa Beach area. We need your input and participation in order to determine if this would be a worthwhile approach to take. Lack of input would most likely result in this function not being held so please give us your input. Also keep in mind that this is being funded by the Evening Lions and your assessments will not be utilized to fund this project. We would anticipate holding this event on a Saturday.

We are the Garland Elks Lodge. We have 3 1/2 acres and a full bar and would LOVE to host an event. Any suggestions? We are a charity organization and would love to raise money for Vets and/or disabled children. We are located at Centerville and Duck Creek. I would love to hear back from you.
