As I understand it, the third party will use online voting software to allow electronic voting and mail paper proxies to Property Owners that prefer to use hard copies. The third party will charge us $43,000 for each vote to mail the proxies, collect and count the completed proxies and report the results to the BOD.
Is this one time charge for each vote the bottom line cost? Do we also have to pay for the return postage, processing the proxies or other incidental charges? Wouldn’t it be reasonable to buy or rent the software and conduct the vote with Property Owner volunteers? We then would have the program to securely communicate with Property Owners and conduct opinion surveys that concern controversial questions-like hiring the GM.
The surveys would be advisory only but it would be an indication of what the general population wants. It would also give a voice to the Property Owners but I’m not sure the BOD would want that.—Gene

Look on the bright side Gene. They could have purchased a dozen Dominion voting machines with the rigged software. 😊
