Responding to the comments from the lady about food at WAYPOINT. I agree whole-heartedly. This has now become a beautiful place to stop by while out enjoying life on the water. Not only for boaters, kayakers, swimming, etc. Think about it managers…….a huge grill like ones at bar-b-que events to flip off the best burgers for all (not overpriced) but reasonable HAMBURGERS all day long. Of course hotdogs grilled would also be inviting. What about baked potatoes??? Why not? You have taken time to enhance Waypoint. The profits from hungry children, families, boaters, swimmers, kayakers etc. would pay for the grill pit in no time. Now is the time to gain some real profits during the season of having Waypoint open. Not to mention the income possibility of prospective home owners touring the village & stopping in for a bite to eat. Sure, your inventory will increase/decrease in various areas but, you are sitting on a goldmine. Just MHO…..
