By Cheryl Dowden, April 26, 2020

Diana Podawiltz, Chair of the HSVPOA Board of Directors, made an important announcement on April 20, 2020, at the Special Board Meeting when she revealed the engagement of Rose Law Firm as HSVPOA’s counsel.

Chair Podawiltz announced, “since this is the first public meeting following today’s Executive Session, I need to announce that we voted to approve the following motion:

“To approve the engagement of Rose Law Firm as counsel to the Hot Springs Village Board of Directors for the purpose of providing the Board with the resources, advice, and opinions for any and all matters requiring legal counsel that come before the Board of Directors of Hot Springs Village Property Owners’ Association.

“The vote was conducted by roll call, voting yes were Directors Denger, Garrison, Omohundro, Sherman and Podawiltz.

“Voting no were Directors Campagna and Luehring.”
