The HSV property owners spoke loud and clear against the BOD/CEO CMP plan to transform Hot Springs Village into a vacation/resort new urbanism community. Hot Springs Village property owners soundly rejected the CMP plan as evidenced by the proposed declarations amendments vote. Landslide VOTE NO on al amendments.

I just noticed on the POA website: explore the village, that the Articles of Inc. had been amended and restated. According to the current 1963 nonprofit act this would have to have a membership vote. Am I correct?
Since I don’t have a copy of the 1963 act, I can’t verify my understanding.

We have a document on the Facebook Group that shows this was amended in February in the Garland County Court, signed by Judge John Homer Wright. https://www.facebook.com/groups/HSVPeople/
