The POA sent out the following Eblast on January 17, 2022. This Eblast addresses assessment payments, annuity renewals, and the postponement of the January Board Meeting. Note: This website is independent of the POA.
Monthly Assessment Payments
“Due to an error in the initial printing of assessment coupons, our administrative staff is behind in assisting members. We thank you for your patience as we work diligently to resolve the issue. Corrected assessment coupon packets will be mailed to members this week. You can also renew online or by mail without a packet. You can pay your assessments online, or come see us at the POA office at 895 DeSoto Blvd. for a printout of your coupons. If your 2021 payments for assessments were on ACH (automatic draft from your bank account), our system will automatically calculate and draft your 2022 monthly payments at the correct 2022 amount. You will not be charged a late fee if your January 2022 assessment payment is received by Monday, January 31. You may mail a check to the POA without a coupon. Include your Lot, Block, and Addition (LBA) numbers.”

Amenity Renewals
“You will save time and avoid the crowd at the POA office by completing your amenities renewal online. You may also print your renewal form by clicking here and mail it to the POA or drop it in our drop box at the POA Administration Building at the address above. Please note that a 3% processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions. To avoid this fee, please pay by cash or check.”
January Regular Board Meeting Postponed One Week
“Our board meeting scheduled for Wednesday, January 19, has been moved to Wednesday, January 26. Time and location remain the same:”

Great POA policy, delay the bill 6 weeks late, however they’ll charge a late fee if you pay it less than 1 week after receiving it.
Typical “gotcha” technique to raise revenues.

Since I’m sure there are many people who do not receive the email blast, how is it fair to charge a late fee for a bill that hasn’t even been sent out yet?
