There is a new restaurant in Hot Springs Village (outside the West Gates) that everyone is raving about – 401 Grilled!
401 Grilled opened its doors to serve the public on March 7, 2022. The owners, Marc and Stefanie Robert are from Rhode Island. When they are not busy running their restaurant, they spend their time breeding Labrador Retrievers.
The Restaurant Manager and Head Chef is Kyle Voles. Chef Voyles said that currently, the restaurant serves lunch, but they have plans to add breakfast and dinner service in the future.

Lynn Holberton Enthuses About 401 Grilled
Lynn said, “We had lunch at a new place, today … 401 Grilled (4409 N. Hwy. 7, HSV). Yes, we were there, TODAY … they are open 10-3, Thursday through Monday. Hurray … somewhere new to eat on Sunday and Monday.
“We arrived at noon and they were already crowded … including a table of 20!
“My husband, Tom, had a delicious Wagyu beef burger (juicy and delicious) and I had the chicken parmesan over penne pasta. Oh my … sooooo much food!
“I brought more than half of my meal home, including a huge side salad! Tom ate my leftovers for dinner and was not left hungry.
“We had to wait a bit for our food … I’m sure it’s because we got there after the table of 20, but, who cares?
“The staff was friendly and efficient and checked on us several times.
“Oh … another ‘plus’ … they have Coke Zero … grin. They have quite a good menu, with a lot of variety … stop in for a bite !!”
